Cindy Agueros

Cindy started her dental career as a dental assistant over 25 years ago in Bonners Ferry, Idaho where she was born and raised. She has been assisting Dr. Gates in managing his practice since 2002. It is a great pleasure for her to also assist people in meeting their dental needs as well as their desires and she enjoys seeing people who have been afraid to smile really smile.

Marla McGowan

Marla has been in the dental industry for more than 30 years. Her many experiences throughout her career have given her the opportunity to learn and grow with the ever changing technology. She enjoys the constant interaction with patients and working with her co-workers and Dr. Gates in his progressive cosmetic practice since 2007.

Heather Paulson

Heather is a dental hygienist. She has worked with Dr. Gates since graduating from the American Institute of Health Technologies in December of 2003, with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Prior to attending dental hygiene school she was a dental assistant while taking prerequisites for her dental hygiene program. She was born and raised in Coeur d' Alene along with most of her family.

Allison Young

Allison graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon in June of 1996. She has worked six years in a periodontal practice and six years in general dentistry. She moved back to Coeur d' Alene to be with her family and joined Gates Dentistry in May of 2008.

Heidy Dreves

Heidy started her career as a dental assistant over twelve years ago. She moved to Coeur d' Alene and joined Gates Dentistry in 2007. She is experienced in: surgical, periodontics, endodontics and implants. She has completed Cerec porcelain crown training and is certified in Zoom Whitening.

Julie Hansen

Julie graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree from Black Hills State University in 2001, and the dental assisting program at San Diego Mesa College soon after. She has her certified dental assisting license, along with x-ray and coronal polishing certifications.

Brandy Kitchin

Brandy has been a dental assistant for over 14 years, and with Dr. Gates since 2004. She is proficient in Zoom Whitening, has completed her Cerec porcelain crown training, and is qualified to assist with implants, cosmetics, and post-op surgical care.
